By purchasing our suitcases and travel bags via our Shopify store, you agree to these terms. For support, use the contact info below.
1. Account & Shopify Platform
- Registration: Provide accurate details when creating an account (via Shopify or our store). Update info promptly (e.g., new shipping address for a hard-shell suitcase).
- Platform Rules: Our store operates on Shopify—their Terms of Service govern payment processing, account security, and checkout functionality. You’re responsible for unauthorized account use.
2. Orders & Payment
- Confirmation: After Shopify checkout, we verify stock (e.g., rolling carry-ons, expandable suitcases) within 2 business days. Orders are confirmed once shipped (track via your Shopify order link).
- Payments: Prices are final at checkout. Shopify Payments secures transactions (credit cards, PayPal, etc.). Failed payments require verification; unpaid orders cancel after 48 hours.
- Cancellations: No personal cancellations post-confirmation. Forced cancellations incur a 12% fee (covers heavy-duty packaging and restocking for large luggage).
3. Products & Shipping
- Specifications: Product details (size, weight, material, wheel type) follow Shopify product pages. Minor color variations in suitcase shells are normal.
- Shipping: Adheres to our Shipping Policy. Our Wallan hub (13 Roulston way, Wallan, VIC, 3756, Australia) is not for delivery. An AU$25 / US$17 re-shipping fee applies for wrong addresses.
4. Returns & Exchanges
- Eligibility: 30-day returns (unused, original packaging); 15-day exchanges for defects (e.g., broken wheels, faulty zippers).
- Costs: We cover shipping for quality/wrong items. For personal reasons, you pay return shipping + 10% restocking fee (processed via Shopify Refunds).
- Ineligible Items: Used suitcases (with scuffs), items damaged by misuse (e.g., overpacking), or missing parts (TSA locks, dust bags) are refused.
5. Liability & Updates
- Liability: We’re responsible for manufacturing defects but not for transit scuffs (reported within 48 hours of delivery) or damage from rough handling (e.g., airport baggage errors). Shopify addresses platform-related issues (e.g., payment errors).
- Policy Changes: Terms may update—postings on our Shopify store take effect immediately. Continuing to shop signifies acceptance.
