1. Shipping Coverage
We ship to 110+ countries/regions globally, including Australia, EU nations, U.S., Canada, and Japan. Remote locations (e.g., outback Australia, remote islands) are excluded—you’ll get a checkout alert if ineligible.
2. Fulfillment & Delivery
- Hub Location: Orders ship from our Wallan facility (13 Roulston way, Wallan, VIC, 3756, Australia) or partner overseas warehouses.
- Timeline: 1-3 business days (Australia); 4-7 business days (EU/U.S./Canada); 6-10 business days (Japan/Asia). Customs clearance may add 1-3 days—track via your Shopify order link.
- Protective Packaging: Suitcases are wrapped in bubble wrap + corner protectors; soft bags in padded covers—all placed in reinforced cardboard boxes to avoid scratches or dents during transit.

4. Tracking & Support
